Elif Acar Chiasson is the Chief Operating Officer of CSRS and a registered professional engineer with more than 30 years of progressive engineering and management experience. Join the discussion as Elif shares three important lessons she has learned to help progress her career and to become a better manager.

Elif Acar Chiasson is a registered professional engineer with Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University. She has thirty years of progressive engineering, permitting, and management experience in complex civil, geotechnical, and geo-environmental projects in markets ranging from petrochemical, transportation, to fossil and nuclear power generation.

Ms. Chiasson joined CSRS as the Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Ms. Chiasson has the overall responsibility for driving execution and creating best practices for firm’s services.  While responsible for operations, in her current role as the Executive Vice President of Talent and Innovation, she oversees the technical practice areas of the firm including business intelligence, IT and innovation hub where new ideas for services, technologies and process improvements for the firm are explored, conceived and cultivated for implementation.
