Closely related to work/life balance is work/creativity balance. We don’t always turn out to be huge successes in the things we like to tinker with on the weekends. Sometimes we have to work to pay the bills and do the fun stuff on the side. Side hustles are becoming a big part of your professional profile. Building relationships is how you get them off the ground.

When you can balance what you need with what you love, you’ll find creativity flows throughout your day – almost every day – wherever you are. Teresa Day will share some tricks she’s picked up during the past 15 years nurturing a creative niche backed by a big business job.
