September Speakers:

Kara Still is a passionate leader working in healthcare marketing, because every time she tries to leave the industry, it keeps calling her back. Her experience in departments from human resources to sales to management has taught her the critical role that communications play is bringing people together to work for a shared mission. Her enthusiasm for connecting people through technology solutions has led to the start of a series of Facebook live streams for the Blue Cross care team.

As the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana Digital Strategy Manager, she works across social channels and online platforms to bring key messages and spark engagement with members and key partners. When not online, she can be found at the ballpark watching baseball.

Natalie Straight is a seasoned marketing executive with over a decade of experience across healthcare, telecommunications, technology, disaster recovery, economic development and sports categories. She is a servant leader and brings purpose and passion to everything she does. She believes in building strong teams and unlocking their potential to achieve excellence the easy way – by empowering talent.

She currently serves as the director of marketing at EATEL, where she leads the in-house agency responsible for marketing, communications, branding, public relations, media relations, sales enablement and alignment, product, customer experience and community outreach.

Straight also serves on the Forbes Communications Council where she participates in expert panels and regularly contributes feature articles.
